Our SMS and Text Messaging Program
You may opt in to receive text messages from AMAZING TILE, LLC. (Amazing Floors and More) by checking one or both consent checkboxes on any of our forms. Each consent box is optional, unchecked by default, and not a condition of purchase or service. Our text message program currently includes two separate message types, each with its own consent box:
- Transactional customer care messages: replies to your inquiry, flooring and remodeling estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, project updates, and follow-up information related to a request you have already started with us. Sent only if you check the transactional consent box.
- Promotional messages: occasional sale offers, showroom events, and special promotions. Sent only if you check the marketing consent box.

Message and Data Rates
Message & data rates may apply to any text message you send or receive. These charges are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel text messages at any time by replying Reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again. STOP applies to the message type you reply to; you can opt out of each message type independently.
How to Rejoin
If you previously replied STOP and would like to resume receiving text messages, reply START or UNSTOP to any message from us, or submit a new form on our website and check the consent box for the message type you want to receive.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. This program is supported by major carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, and others, as well as their respective affiliates.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services and to opt in to our text messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the phone number you provide belongs to you.
Services and Estimates
Any pricing, estimate, or quote provided through our website, by phone, or by text is preliminary and subject to a confirmed in-person assessment of your project. Final pricing depends on materials, measurements, and site conditions.

Our website and messaging services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or error, and we are not responsible for issues caused by your device, carrier, or network. We make no warranties beyond those required by law.
